If you're tired of having to enter umlauts in a cumbersome way, then you've come to the right place!

This app includes a German keyboard that makes it easier for you to enter umlauts, as well as German numbers and dates. (Currently only suitable for smartphones)

To activate the keyboard, go to "Language and Text Input":

1. Enable/unlock the German keyboard (Warning: see notes!)
2. Select the "German Keyboard" as the default input method

The steps may vary depending on the Android version and manufacturer.

To activate haptic feedback, go to "Sound":

1. Check the box for haptic feedback
2. Adjust the vibration intensity (press vibration)

Notes:

Android always warns when activating keyboards that the inputs could be transmitted to third parties. This keyboard app does not collect any data and does not have permission to establish an internet connection!

This app has been developed with utmost care. However, I cannot be held responsible for possible technical damages.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I can only develop this app very rarely. Furthermore, Google has constantly increased the effort for me with changed policies. This makes it particularly difficult for a hobby project like this one.
